The Services
BusinessOS provides a unified workspace for email, CRM, calendar, tasks, and proposals, with AI-assisted features. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring that all users in your workspace comply with these Terms.
Acceptable use
- No use that violates applicable law.
- No abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.
- No sending of unsolicited bulk communications via the Services.
Fees and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance. You can cancel at any time; service continues until the end of your billing period.
Data ownership
You retain all rights to data you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the Services for you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
