Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of BusinessOS, a product of Nexus Data & AI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17066175 ("Nexus", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms, which form an agreement between you and Nexus.
The Services
BusinessOS provides a unified workspace for email, contacts, calendar, tasks, and proposals, with AI-assisted features. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring that all users in your workspace comply with these Terms.
Acceptable use
- No use that violates applicable law.
- No abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.
- No sending of unsolicited bulk communications via the Services.
Fees and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance. You can cancel at any time; service continues until the end of your billing period.
Data ownership
You retain all rights to data you submit to the Services ("Your Data"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, back up, and create derived representations of Your Data (such as search indexes and embeddings), and to sublicense these rights to the service providers we use to run the Services, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and AI model providers.
We may use Your Data to provide, secure, and improve the Services. We do not sell Your Data. This license lasts only as long as we hold Your Data: it ends when you delete Your Data or close your account, subject to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
