This Privacy Policy describes how BusinessOS, Inc. ("BusinessOS", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information we collect
We collect information in three categories:
- Account information — email, name, organization, and authentication identifiers.
- Connected data — email, calendar, contacts, and documents you authorize us to access via OAuth.
- Usage data — product analytics, request logs, and error reports.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, to provide AI-assisted features within your workspace, and to communicate with you about your account.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers under contract (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, AI model providers) under strict confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
AI model providers
To provide agentic features, we send relevant context to third-party model providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI). These providers do not train on your data. You can view which model handled each action in the audit log within the product.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation you can export your data; we delete workspace data within 30 days of account closure.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Workspace data is isolated per organization. Report security concerns to [email protected].
