Gmail and Microsoft 365 (Outlook), each with its calendar, both over OAuth. Or take email on your own domain: we can register a domain for you, or bring one you already own.
Does Bos send anything on its own?
No. Bos drafts replies, proposes meetings and suggests tasks. Nothing is sent, and no invite goes out, without your approval. Every action Bos takes is recorded in the activity log.
How does WhatsApp work?
Link your phone once with a short code from Settings (it expires in 15 minutes). Then ask Bos what is on today, or ask it to draft a reply or add a task. Bos only replies, never starts a conversation, and you approve or reject from the chat.
Can I use Claude or ChatGPT with it?
Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP assistant to https://mcp.runbusinessos.com/mcp. It works with exactly your access, one organisation per connection, and cannot send email, invite people to meetings, or reach billing and team settings.
Is there a free trial?

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the month or year you have paid for. You can export your data as CSV whenever you like.
