BusinessOS talks to FreeAgent today. We are working out which tools to support next, so an accepted quote becomes an invoice wherever you keep your books.

Take the morning briefing and the new-lead digest on WhatsApp instead of by email, so the rundown arrives where you already are. Talking to Bos on WhatsApp works today. This is the other direction, Bos reaching you, which is why it is a separate job.
Apps for iPhone and Android covering the parts you reach for away from your desk: what needs you today, talking to Bos, your inbox and your tasks. Built and in testing. They are free with your account, and the last step is getting them through the App Store and Google Play.
Build, host and look after a straightforward website, kept current from the same place you run everything else. Email on your own domain, above, is the first piece of it.

Every screen now has a layout built for a small display rather than a desktop one squeezed sideways. Contacts, proposals and files read as cards, and signing in and setting up an account work from a handset.
Message Bos the way you message anyone else. Ask what is on today, chase a quote, or add a task, without opening the app. Connect your phone once with a short code, and approve whatever Bos prepares from the chat.
Point your domain at BusinessOS and mail to [email protected] lands in your inbox here. No Google or Microsoft account, no consent screen, and you can add more addresses later. Bring a domain you own, or we will find and register one for you.
Anything Bos wants to send waits for you. Now you can approve or reject it right there in the conversation, with a summary of exactly what will go out. Meeting invitations other people send you wait in the same place, so accepting or declining is one click.
A short email each morning with the tasks due, the meetings ahead, and the new leads that came in. You choose whether to get it, in Settings.
Save a proposal as a template and start from it next time. Placeholders fill in your client details and your own, and the expiry date counts from the day you use it, so a template set to 30 days always produces a quote good for the next 30.
Your proposal tells you whether the share link has been opened, how many times, and how long ago. You get one notification the first time, not on every open.
Owners and admins can read back the account changes across the organisation: mailboxes connected or disconnected, two-factor resets, billing events.
When somebody new emails you, the contact Bos suggests now carries the phone number, job title and company from their signature. Nothing is saved until you approve it.
Assign a task to Bos the same way you would assign it to a colleague, then open the card and hand it over when you want it done. Unassigned cards no longer look like they already belong to Bos.
The Filter button on both screens did nothing. It now opens a filter bar: status and relationship on Contacts, assignee, tag and contact on Tasks, with a count of how much of the list you are looking at.
Send a feature request or report a bug from inside the app, without leaving what you were doing or hunting for an email address.

Point Claude, ChatGPT, or anything else that speaks MCP at your workspace. It acts as you, in one organisation, with exactly the access you approve. You can disconnect it at any time.
Add a second step at sign-in with any authenticator app. Owners can require it across the whole organisation, with a grace period so nobody is locked out mid-day.
Consultants and shared operators can hold one login across several businesses and switch between them, with data kept strictly separate.
